Well after last night I'll know that either people watching are stupid or it's fixed if Aaron stays. He sat in the diary room saying that he knew it wasn't going to work with her and they wanted different things, he then went on to Harry about it and I could see Harry cringing. Then he's out cuddling Faye and giving her a false impression by the end. Seeing him chucking all her knickers out of the drawer just showed me how childish he is. This is a 20 year old man throwing someone's knickers around the room, it took me right back to when he was ripping the arms and legs off the doll.
I wonder if Jem did fully comprehend what she was doing, we've been needing Aaron up against Harry for a long time, didn't he have the most votes after Aaron then it was Faye, then jay only had something like 1 or 2. I bet she thought it would be Harry and Aaron up.
Can't wait till tonight to see who goes, I suspect Faye or Aaron. I'll be shocked if it's Jay.

Glad Faye was saved.
Yeah, Aaron still hasn't been upfront with Faye about what he said in the diary room
and
to Harry. That doesn't sit well with me.

Especially now that he's telling Faye he loves her. I have no idea how he's being saved. Harry said on bit on the side that he thought Aaron was a producer
I'm annoyed Harry went before Aaron. I'd have liked Faye to have some time on her own in the house without Aaron. Now it's just the three couples type thing, I reckon it's going to be deadly boring.

Who knows, lol. I heard Aaron studied law, not 100% sure that's correct. Perhaps he has friends in high places, higher than Harry's it appears.
Watching couples is boring. They end up molding into one, losing their individuality and becoming watered down. Next years housemates better take heed.

It's worked for them this yea though, it's all the couples still in.
I hope BB takes heed that having all the same age group isn't the best way to go either. They are all aged between 19 and 30. That's why the food situation has been so dire.
The all sleeping together in pairs has got on my nerve since the start. There's been too much bed hopping.

I'm starting to go off Jay a bit, he's a bit gross at times. The wiping his bum on Lou's pillow was a bit much. I saw him drink a can of beer tonight and he was making me ill

To be fair, couples have had it okay in there this year, like you say. Just a shame it is rather boring to watch.
If Jay was a female, he'd be gone by now, put it that way. :laughter: Jay apparently also took a dump somewhere inappropriate in the house according to one of the early evictees, but that wasn't shown and no references have been made about it since.
Putting the really unattractive things he does aside, he appears genuine, down to earth, and a good laugh, like Alex. Someone on Bit On the Side said amongst other things that Jay was sexist. I disagree. I've not seen anything like that from him. I also don't judge him for how many people he has been with and the same goes for a women, I don't judge them either for that. Now, Anton and Rebekkah, they were sexist.

I don't think a man is sexist for the amount of women they've slept with
1 he's more than likely over exaggerating.
2 They all slept with him.
We saw him wipe his bum on her pillow last night but Aaron and Harry were discussing it like he had done a poo on her pillow, when they were in the kitchen, he clearly hadn't.
Alex shocked me last night with the revelation that she had short changed a blind person.
Tom may well win this but I don't want him to.
I think Louise is the dark hose in the competition, just like Kate Lawler was and Kate went on to win. That year I thought Johnny was going to win.
To me it's going to be a close run between Tom, Alex and Louise. Problem is that none of those three have ever been nominated for eviction so we don't have any indicator as to what the public think of them.
I can see Aaron winning as it looks like it's been fixed from the start. He even tried to suggest that everyone goes down from Newcastle to cheer for Jay to explain why he gets booed and Jay gets cheered, yet he allegedly comes out higher than Jay in the voting.

Hearing Alex had at one time short changed a blind person, was low. Hopefully that's not who she is now and wouldn't do something like that again.
Earlier in this thread, back a few pages, I didn't think Tom would make it into the final. Now I'm pretty certain he's going to get in, but I don't think he can win. Jay has still got a pretty good chance of bagging this. Those boos and cheers are fake, they don't quite add up with who's been saved and evicted, me thinks.
Here's two questions for you Flutter.. How do you think you'd get on in there, in the Big Brother house? Do you think you'd come across well to the public? No need to answer these aloud, it's just interesting to think about how us ourselves would get on in there and how the public might view us.

Oh I know I'd have gone as quick as Heaven. I'd freak out about things like the shopping and would be very overbearing in trying to get good dinners on the go and the mess would drive me up the wall. I wouldn't last more than a week, two if I was lucky.
Then again, that's why I wouldn't go in.
I have a friend, a younger friend, cheerleader, gorgeous, etc. She reminds me of Kate Lawler a lot in the way she is. She applied for BB and didn't get on but if she had, she would have stood a good chance of winning.
I think the most important quality you'd need is the ability to not get involved in arguments, that's why Alex is still there, she can walk away while there's a war zone around her. I couldn't do that, so I'd be out.
I'd say I'd be a cross between Heaven and Jem, I'd never let Aaron away with what he's doing in there.
I was watching last night and he totally reminded me of my ex. That thing where he likes nothing, don't like Indian food, don't like the music, and lying in bed instead of having fun, well that was him. The only reason people do that is so that people will come in and ask if they are ok all the time. I watched Faye doing it with Aaron and it was lie a flashback. I was always asking if he was ok, which spoiled my night anywhere we went. I took him out to meet all my friends and he did it and all my friends were first asking if he was ok all the time, then by the end of the night saying "You need to get shot of him".
Passive aggressive behaviour is a nightmare and if Faye doesn't get rid of him now, and if they go on to have a relationship outside, he will ruin her life. These people are very selfish and will go ahead and have affairs as they don't think it's any of your business what they do when they're not with you.

Aaron was definitely seeking some form of attention, which became more clear when he was dancing in the toilet on that same night. It worked, he got the air time he was after.
I don't think I'd last very long in there, either. Main reason being, solitude. If I can't escape somewhere quiet to recharge my batteries, social settings become unbearable. This alone to most people doesn't make sense, so to the people in there and the viewers I'll more than likely just give out the wrong impression. Yeah, I'm not made for TV, or anywhere really.
Once I've been allowed to recharge though, I can come to life and have a great laugh just fine.
I'm afraid I missed tonights show. I went for a casual snooze and didn't wake up until the early hours. :/

Well tonight's show showed us the real Aaron, pity you missed it.
Firstly he's been trying to manipulate everyone all week on nominations. I'll just say that BB really have made it easy for him, which makes me wonder if he really is a plant. They allow talking about nominations for the first time ever and he's playing them.
So anyway he was getting everyone to think that the best thing to do was for none of them to nominate so that they'd all be up. Then he told Faye in private that he was nominating, so I suspect the plan was for only her and him to nominate which would have put everyone else up and not him.
Now last night BB had a twist in it. He got them all to nominate face to face in the garden, they were all sitting on seats and BB was going round them. So Jaye says "Aaron, you're clever how do we do this so that everyone is up?" Aaron says, we all vote for the two people to our left, which would have meant they would all have two votes each So they all start doing that and BB stops them, shuffles them around and then starts the voting again, because they were manipulating the vote. So Aaron isn't first to vote this time. The rest of them start nominating two people and you can see them all keeping score of how many votes each has as they go along. Louise has two when Aaron nominates and he chose her. This meant she had three and she was definitely going to be up. Louise could have voted for Tom which would have gave everyone else two votes and therefore they would all have been up, but she didn't want all the people with two votes up as it's Alex's birthday on Saturday or something and she didn't want to put her up. She chose Faye, who already had two votes which means that Faye is head to head with her.
Aaron deliberately messed up the voting and even admitted to it. Louise will now have the public behind her because of how it was done. Basically she feels she will be the one to go and she sacrificed herself for the others.
Aaron made this worse when later he was talking to Faye and she was doing her usual "would you have done what you did if you knew I'd be up?" Aaron said yes, he would have. She asked if Aaron would chose her over Tom or Alex and he said yes, he would.
He showed himself up for the scumbag he is and if Faye can't see she's being played now, then she's the dumbest girl I've ever seen. Aaron really has ruined this whole thing for her.
So there's a lot of tension in the house as they can all see what Aaron is really all about. I'm voting for Louise, I even bought some facebook credits so I can do a good few votes for her, it's only 7p each vote with them. I really don't think Lou will go anyway as she showed what a nice person she was last night by not voting for any of the ones with just one vote last night. Had she done that they all would have been up, she obviously thought to herself, "well what the heck I'm up anyway". She did good, but now the whole house hate Aaron, he's going to have a difficult last week I think. Then again, they all want to win now so they won't want to go too far with him. I'm sure Jay probably wanted to knock him out but he was very calm about it all.

Thanks for recalling recent events Flutter!
I had a lightbulb moment and went to check the BB website, pleasantly surprised to find I could watch the latest episode in full, and without adverts! Here is the link:
http://www.channel5.com/bigbrother
You may have already visited the BB site, I had just forgotten all about it. I remember being a member on the Channel 4 BB site back when Ashleen, Grace, Nikki etc etc were in the house. There doesn't appear to be a forum on this new one, just feeds from twitter and facebook.
The fact that Aaron wouldn't choose Faye (the one supposedly closest to him), to be in the final, is very telling indeed. I wouldn't say Faye was dumb for not spotting the red flags, she does have the ol' "rose tinted goggles on", though. Someone brought up a good point on Bit On the Side, that Faye is a "polarity responder". The best thing for those closest to Faye to do is exercise a bit of reverse psychology with her, as warning Faye against Aaron is only serving to push her closer to him.
If Lou goes, I hope it wont be because of her looks. If Faye goes, I hope it isn't the publics way of indirectly blaming her for how things have gone in that relationship. Very sad to see these two up.

I think Faye is fully aware of what's going on with Aaron. I see her as the type that wouldn't want to be solo though. Last night she made a serious mistake in my eyes when she let him jump into that bed with her. I do think she is trying to be careful not to be bad to him right now though as she might feel her popularity would go down if not attached to him. For me, I'd like her better if she kicked him to the kerb.
I really think Lou is the real victim in all of this, she's never done a bad thing to anyone and that's why she's never been up before, it would be so unfair if she went. Faye, on the other hand, has had arguments with most of the house, she's caused drama, etc. Out of the two of them I think losing Louise would be the worst.

I think Faye will look back and wish she had have done that, but when our heads are mashed it's amazing what we can all tolerate at times.
I'm off to the BB website to do some catching up. And without suffering those glorious adverts, I swear they do nothing for ones memory! They're a whole other thread, lol.
Good mornin'!
