Sorry, messed up moving this, thought it should have it's own thread.

Looks good to me, at least when they say we wont have the Bela Legosi style of vampire it sounds to me like they won't be doing that arm over the face thing they used to do, that irritated me no end. 

I'm sure the vampire will just look like whichever sim was turned except the teeth and skin colour will change and that's better.

I'm looking forward to this one just for the socialisation side of it anyway

This is what I've wanted since Sims 3 coming out and I have to say this time, they have surpassed my expectations.  I knew it would have apartments in it, also elevators.

Not so chuffed though tht the skyscrapers will be part rabbithole.  I think I said somewhere up above that I didn't think we'd get real skyscrapers.  Looks like a load of recolours will be needed for this as you can't recolour the exterior of the buildings, stupid I think.  I hope we have the ability to build our own apartments and that they're not all rabbitholes.  You can't go into another sims apartment so I don't think this is what I hoped and don't think it will be a matter of just using apartment doors like in AL.  That is a total bummer.  Kinda down a bit now

The more I see it, the more I think I may be disappointed.  The inability to build apartments has blown this for me.  I don't see the point of a big skyscraper and your sim is the only one who can live in it.  You can't visit the neighbours at all and their pretend apartment is just that, it's a black hole just like in the tombs of WA.

They got my hopes up there and now I'm let down.

Oh no, the pools and hot tubs on the roofs will be good and the fact that the sims can go out socialising now.  I'll still get it, I'm just disappointed in the apartments.  Hopefully later they will do something about that, or we can get in there and do something about it ourselves

bradley seems so different because theres no apartments in the sims 3. In the sims 2 he had apartments and his neighbour was a burglar.  His personality was grouchy and he annoyed bradley so his mum beat up the burglar. :laughter:

  You do still have neighbours in Late Night, you just can't go to their flat, you meet them in the lobby and stuff.  There's just too many rabbitholes now, I wish they'd hold back a bit on them

We all do, that's why I can't fathom why they would give us something like apartments that are rabbitholes.  I don't mind things like the subway but come on.  Then agaun, this likely means that aprtments life or it's equivalent, will be a full blown EP, maybe even the next one as we don't have witches yet.  If they're doing the stupid vampires, they'll do the stupid witches.  I wonder why they never did Faeries?

I can't use them for building and I have a sneaky feeling they won't work for the apartments, in fact they will be out of date when that EP comes out.

Yeah they will have to be updated.  I hope there is some way that they can update them for apartments.
