Now updated for Late Night by Fluttereyes

Thanks to baileywll for upgrading this for ambitions for me.

I made this mod just for the buyable cash registers. When used with them it enables the registers to sell the goods they are intended to sell. There was an issue because some of the items are regional and Sunset Valley and Riverview weren't included. Now they both are and this mod opens them right up for you to buy in your non rabbit hole shops.

Using this mod, you can have working cafe's. grocery stores, antiques shops, wine bars without Late Night and of course bookstores.

Included in this download are the two .rars I've done so far. One for WA and one for Ambitions. Please choose which is suitable for your latest EP.

Please allow one sim night before thinking this is broken, it takes time to generate a merchant sometimes.

I'm using it right now in a world I made in CAW and am testing. Do you have WA installed (I know stupid question but it has happened before)? Also, read through the download if you haven't. It could be that you are trying to test it right away. We say that it's best to allow a whole sim night for a merchant to be generated. What doesn't work about it? Do you not get a merchant or do you not have the goods available to buy?

I've tried installing all of the package files for each EP in turn with no other mods to cause conflicts, each time when I run The Sims 3 after putting the package files in my Mods/Packages folder, I get an error message that the game can't be run. Same goes for the BuyableRegisters for me. Thanks for any help.

donasemo Newbie Offline Posts: 0	September 29, 2012, 03:22:18 AM i downloaded files needed to work the buyableCashRegisters but when i went to put the counter in the shop im making it never showed up i click on where it said food register and it did nothing i only have sims 3 base game and late night do i have to have another pack for this to work cause i know the unlockable lots mod also did not work and that stopped me from changing any of the lots

Caitlinrae, I haven't updated for Pets or seasons yet, I want to but time is short for me right now, I intend to update all mods for the latest two expansions
